Registration as a Customer of a Clearing Member

To be admitted to the clearing of obligations under contracts concluded for the benefit of a clearing member's customers, a customer must register by submitting a customer registration form:

Application for Registration/De-registration of Customers and/or Customers of Customers of a Clearing Member/ for Assignment of a Short Code to a Customer and/or to a Customer of a Customer of a Clearing Member (Appendix No. 3 to the Regulation on Clearing in the Financial Instruments Market).

When registering a customer, the Clearing Member must also:

• provide the full name of the Clearing Member's customer.

When registering a Clearing Member, CC "SPB Clearing" (JSC) also assigns a registration code in the manner set out in the [07.06.2023 8:30] Instruction on the Assignment and Updating of Codes of the Clearing Center.

Clearing Members register their clients by way of booking of Short Codes of the client for the Kazakhstan market in accordance with the procedure laid down in:
